• Payment: Payments are processed securely through the Platform. Customers agree to pay the listed rental fee, any applicable taxes, and additional charges (e.g., fuel, mileage overages, late return fees) as outlined in the booking details. A security deposit may be required.
• Rental Agreement: Each booking forms a direct rental agreement between the Customer and the Vendor, governed by these Terms and any specific terms agreed upon during the booking process.

• Responsibilities: Vendors must ensure their vehicle is clean, fueled, and in safe operating condition at the time of pick-up. They are responsible for having appropriate insurance coverage for rental activities (as per Section 8).

• Customer Cancellation:

Customers and Vendors are responsible for ensuring adequate insurance coverage for car rentals.

• For Customers: We strongly advise Customers to review their personal auto insurance policy or consider purchasing supplemental rental car insurance for the rental period.
• For Vendors: Vendors must ensure their vehicle insurance policy covers peer-to-peer car rental activities. It is the Vendor's sole responsibility to verify their policy's coverage and obtain any necessary additional insurance.

The Platform may offer or facilitate access to third-party insurance products. Such offerings are separate from our core service, and we do not underwrite or guarantee any insurance policy.
